Microsoft Office has announced new updates to its Bing, Skype, Microsoft Edge, and SwiftKey keyboard apps on Android and iOS, according to its official website.
These updates add more benefits to Microsoft's various apps on smartphones and tablets, as well as new features that were previously launched on computer copies.
For the Bing app, Microsoft has added access to Bing Chat widget, which can be added to the home screen of both Android and iPhone.
Microsoft has improved the quality of foreign chat and the choices of different chat methods to support more languages in voice input, and it has also provided the advantage of transferring conversations between computer and phone using QR codes over the coming week.
Within days, all users will have access to an upgrade that will make the Bing chatbot in the Skype app available in all chat groups without the need to specifically look for it.
Regarding the Edge browser for Android and iOS, the browser will soon support the contextual chat feature, which enables you to ask questions to the Bing robot in the browser about the information on an open internet page, and to select a word or phrase on the page to get more information about it through the Bing robot.
New features and enhancements have been made to Microsoft's SwiftKey keyboard, including the "Compose" typing tool, which creates texts based on criteria you choose, such as style, format, length, and theme.
Microsoft is also bringing the Compose feature from the Edge sidebar to its popular keyboard app - SwiftKey. The Compose feature lets you draft text and set parameters such as message tone, length and format.
The user must download the most recent version of the previously mentioned applications from Google Play Store for Android devices or App Store for Apple devices in order to take advantage of all the new features.
