Ministry of Labour Begins Training Courses for Qatari Job Seekers in Private Sector

The Ministry of Labour began holding training courses for Qatari job seekers in private sector institutions and companies as part of its program aimed at Qatarization jobs in the private sector.

Holding these training courses comes as part of the Ministry of Labour’s efforts to qualify national human cadres and provide them with the necessary training to develop their skills, and increase the chances of their involvement in the labour market with local private sector institutions and companies. It also comes within the framework of the first phase of the program of job Qatarization in the private sector that was recently announced. Qatarization of jobs is one of the main priorities of the Ministry, with the aim of benefiting from the national workforce and opening new horizons in major private sector companies.

The training courses, that were attended by about 86 applicants and those wishing to work in the private sector through the national employment platform "Kawader", covered many skills and basics that will develop and qualify national human cadres.
