Ministry of Municipality Obtains 3 ISO Certificates

The Ministry of Municipality, represented by the Customer Service Department and the Unified Call Center, obtained 3 ISO certifications, namely ISO 18295-1:2017, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO/10002/2018, in the field of applying best practices in customer service and service recipients, quality management system, customer contact centers, and handling of public complaints.

Eng. Hani Saleh Al Obaidli, Director of Customer Service Department and the Unified Call Center, said in a press statement on the sidelines of the ceremony organized by the Department on this occasion that the Ministry, represented by the Customer Service Department and the Unified Call Center, has given utmost importance to the satisfaction of its customers, as it seeks to intensify its efforts, in order to raise the levels of customer service and enhance its capabilities, to move towards greater excellence in its operations.

He added that obtaining these certificates in the areas of quality management system, customer contact centers, and handling of public complaints will contribute to raise the level of providing distinguished service to customers by adopting the best international standards that ensure the highest levels of satisfaction with service provision.
