Muscat, Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) received Rear Admiral Vasileios Gryparis, Operation Commander of the European Union's Naval Mission (ASPIDES), and the military delegation accompanying him.
