Gaza - Together - The World Food Program announced today, Thursday, that only 392 trucks loaded with food have entered the Gaza Strip since the beginning of this month of April, knowing that the Strip needs no less than 500 such trucks daily. The UN program said in a post on the 'X' platform that 'so far during April, 392 trucks loaded with food have entered Gaza.' He explained that this number is "almost the same rate as in March, but it is half the number compared to January." He added, "During this week, 3 convoys carrying enough food and flour for about 80,000 people crossed into northern Gaza from the Erez (Beit Hanoun) crossing for the first time." The program stressed that "the only way to stop the famine is regular and sustainable access (to aid) and a humanitarian ceasefire." Source: Maan News Agency
