Sanya: HE President of the Olympic Council of Asia Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani awarded the medals to the top three finalists of the Women's 4x60m Relay during the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026, currently being held in Sanya, People's Republic of China.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Thai team secured the gold medal with their performance, while the Philippines team claimed silver, and the host nation, China, finished in third place, taking home the bronze medal.

HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani extended his congratulations to the winners, highlighting their achievement. He praised the skill level of the competitors and the fair play that characterizes the Olympic values, which serve to unite athletes across Asia. Additionally, he acknowledged the organizing committee's role in ensuring the event's success.
