Dakar: Thanks to the generous support of donors in Qatar, Qatar Charity (QC) distributed 1,065 food parcels to families in need and individuals with special needs in Senegal. This aid, part of QC’s ongoing Ramadan campaign ‘Giving Lives On’, benefited 5,325 vulnerable individuals across Pikine in the Dakar region, Louga in central Senegal, and Kolda in the south.
According to Qatar News Agency, the distribution was carried out through QC’s office in Senegal in coordination with the Ministry of Family and Solidarity in Senegal, in the presence of officials from the Social Welfare Department of the Senegalese Ministry of Health.
