Saudi, Cypriot Foreign Ministers Hold Talks on Regional Escalation

Riyadh: Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, met on Tuesday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, Dr. Constantinos Kombos, during his visit to Riyadh. Their conversations during the meeting centered on the regional escalation developments, ongoing de-escalation efforts, and avenues for strengthening the bilateral relationship.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two ministers discussed the current situation in the region, focusing on potential strategies to ease tensions and stabilize the area. They explored various diplomatic initiatives and the role both countries can play in fostering peace and security.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the enhancement of the bilateral relationship between Saudi Arabia and Cyprus. Both ministers expressed a mutual interest in expanding economic cooperation and exploring new areas of partnership. They emphasized the significance of collaboration in various fields to benefit both nations.
