Saudi Stock Market Sees Gains as Main Index Rises

Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange main index concluded Monday's trading session with an increase of 43.38 points, reaching 11,158.45 points. The total trading value for the day was approximately SAR 7.7 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed the trading of 319 million shares. Out of the companies trading, 135 reported gains, while 112 experienced declines in their stock prices.

In contrast to the main index, the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu) index experienced a slight decline, closing down by 9.38 points at 22,635.06 points. The trading in the Nomu index was valued at SAR 30 million, with the volume of shares traded exceeding 2.9 million.
