A force from the 57th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces, along with an army force, carried out an inspection operation to secure areas in the desert south of Al-Qaim.
The Popular Mobilization Forces said in a statement: “The joint force found war remnants belonging to the ISIS terrorist organization, including two Austrian-type missiles and 8 mortar rounds. The materials were collected and destroyed by the Anti-explosives detachments in a safe manner.”/End
