A force from the Second Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces, in coordination with the Najaf Police Command, carried out today, Wednesday a preemptive security operation within the southern borders of the city of Najaf.
A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated that the operation began by searching and raiding the areas adjacent to the borders of the Diwaniyah and Muthanna governorates, in addition to the security trench, in addition to the neighboring operations sectors, as the operation aims to enhance the security and stability of the governorate.
