Baghdad, The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, met today at Baghdad Palace, the Coordinator of International Recommendations in the Kurdistan Regional Government, Dindar Zebari, and his accompanying delegation. A presidential statement said, "The meeting discussed the relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government and the necessity of working to consolidate joint relations, and working to continue constructive and effective dialogue to resolve outstanding issues in accordance with the constitution and the law and in a way that guarantees the rights of all citizens." The President pointed out the importance of cooperation and communication with international organizations concerned with rights and freedoms in order to spread the culture of human rights in a way that achieves social justice, stressing the necessity of coordination between the Ministries of Education, Culture, Tourism and Antiquities to include in school curricula subjects on respect for pe aceful coexistence among all components to create a generation that believes in coexistence and respect for others.' For his part, Dindar Zebari expressed his support for the proposals of the President of the Republic on the importance of consolidating relations with human rights organizations, reviewing the activities carried out by the Coordinator's Office to spread a culture of respect for freedoms and reduce violations."
