Doha: Head of the Turkish Intelligence Organization Ibrahim Kalin discussed with Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib and Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Secretary Ali Akbar Ahmadian, a number of issues of common interest between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the talks held in Tehran addressed developments related to combating armed organizations, most notably the PKK and ISIS, common security threats, the situation in Syria, the Gaza ceasefire, and developments related to the Palestinian cause, Turkish security sources reported.
