Two Iraqi travelers arrested in their possession (97) international Visa and Master cards at Al-Qaim port

The Border Ports Authority announced the arrest of two Iraqi travelers in their possession (97) international (Visa, Master) cards prepared for smuggling at Al-Qaim border crossing.

The Authority stated in a statement: "The detachments of Al-Qaim Border Crossing Directorate, in cooperation with the Civil Customs Center and the Customs Police, were able, through intensified inspection and verification procedures for travelers and goods, to arrest two Iraqi travelers, who were seized with 97 international Visa Cards and Master Cards, hidden inside the suitcases of suspected that they smuggled money from hard currency out of the country by withdrawing amounts from cards.
