Two terrorists killed, one of them wearing an explosive belt, south of Rutba

The Security Media Cell announced today, Wednesday, the killing of two terrorists, one of whom was wearing an explosive belt, south of Rutba in Anbar Governorate. The cell stated in a statement, 'The Anbar Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Directorate in the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior was able to collect important information about the presence of terrorist elements within the sector of responsibility.' For its part, a force from the Tactical Regiment of the Anbar Police Command began carrying out a security duty in light of this intelligence information, to pursue terrorist elements inside a vehicle, surround them, and clash with them. This operation resulted in the killing of two terrorists, one of whom was wearing an explosive belt, south of Rutba. A fighter was also martyred and another wounded during this operation.
