Abu dhabi: HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has met with HM King Abdullah II of Jordan, who is currently visiting the UAE, to discuss regional developments amid the military escalation in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, the two leaders addressed the ongoing Iranian attacks targeting countries in the region. They emphasized that these actions constitute a violation of state sovereignty, international laws, and norms, and pose a threat to international peace and security.
The discussions also focused on the need for an immediate cessation of the escalating military operations. Both leaders highlighted the importance of prioritizing serious dialogue and diplomatic solutions to address the various outstanding issues in the region, aiming to preserve its security and prevent further tensions and crises.
