UAE President receives written message from President of Kazakhstan

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a written message from President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was received by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as he received today in Abu Dhabi Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Tileuberdi.

The two top diplomats discussed the prospects of further accelerating cooperation between the UAE and the Republic of Kazakhstan in several fields, primarily in areas of economy, trade and investment.

A number of issues of common interest and the latest developments on the regional and international scene featured high during the meeting.

Sheikh Abdullah stressed the distinguished bilateral relations between the two nations and their keenness to strengthen cooperation in various fields for the common good of their peoples.

Tileuberdi said his country is looking forward to enhancing cooperation with the UAE in all fields, hailing the UAE's leading position at the regional and global levels.

The meeting was attended by Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State, and Dr. Mohamed Al Ariqi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
