The United Nations Human Rights Council today adopted a resolution on human rights violations in North Korea, calling on the Pyongyang authorities to disclose all relevant information, including the whereabouts of detained or abducted foreigners.
The UN resolution, which was adopted by the 52nd regular session of the Council, urged North Korea to guarantee freedom of expression via the Internet and others, to allow the establishment of independent media, and to reconsider its law on banning cultural content from abroad. (QNA)
