A Network, Specialized In Human Trafficking, Dismantled And 15 Violators Of Residence Conditions Of Foreign Nationalities Arrested In Baghdad

The General Directorate of Intelligence and Security announced the dismantling of a network specialized in human trafficking and the arrest of (15) violators of the conditions of residency of foreign nationalities in Baghdad.

The Ministry of Defense stated in a statement: "The field intelligence detachments were able to dismantle a network specialized in human trafficking and arrested two of them, including a woman in central Baghdad, who were intending to sell (a juvenile) for an amount of money."

It added: "The detachments of the same directorate arrested (15) violators of residency conditions, in Al-Bataween area in Baghdad, who entered the country illegally and are of foreign nationalities.
