Kathmandu: HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal Shisir Khanal held talks on Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nepal Mishaal bin Mohammed Ali Al Ansari. The meeting, which took place in the Nepalese capital, focused on strengthening bilateral relations.
