The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the evacuation of 19 Iraqis from Sudan to Saudi Arabia.
The ministry's spokesman, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, said in a statement that "19 Iraqi citizens were evacuated from Sudan to the city of Jeddah, in preparation for their departure to Iraq,"
He added: "We appreciate the humanitarian efforts made by the Saudi authorities specialized in facilitating the evacuation of nationals of brotherly and friendly countries.
