CRA: “96%” of consumer complaints resolved

The Communications' Complaints Index for Telecom Services for the year 2021 of the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) showed that the percentage of complaints resolved reached 96%, and they are summarized in complaints about landline and mobile services provided by the two telecom operators in the State of Qatar.

The complaints index indicated that during the past year, CRA received 2467 complaints related to telecommunication services, of which 768 met the conditions.

The index also showed that 31% of the complaints were related to the landline (fees, bills, and service interruptions), while the percentage of complaints about mobile phone services (bills, service interruptions, unstable service quality) was 96%.
