Doha: HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani received a phone call on Wednesday from HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Rural and Regional Development of Malaysia Dato' Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. During the call, the two sides reviewed the latest security developments in the region and discussed avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation also focused on strengthening joint coordination under the current circumstances. Both leaders emphasized the importance of collaboration to address regional security challenges effectively.
