Egyptian President Engages in Strategic Talks with UAE and Jordan Leadership

Cairo: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi engaged in discussions on current regional developments through two separate phone calls with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Jordan's King Abdullah II.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Egyptian Presidency issued a statement highlighting El-Sisi's focus on de-escalation of tensions in the region. The President underscored the importance of avoiding further unrest and instability through collaborative efforts.

El-Sisi acknowledged Egypt's intensified actions and initiatives on both international and regional fronts aimed at halting escalation and managing crises. He commended the UAE and Jordan for their significant roles in supporting these efforts to enhance regional stability.

The Egyptian President also stressed the necessity of strengthening the concept of collective Arab national security. He emphasized that Arab unity is crucial in addressing current challenges and ensuring the protection of Arab states from potential threats or attacks.
