The national election authority in Egypt announced the victory of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in a new six-year presidential term. In a press conference, the authority declared that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received 89.6 percent of the total votes in the presidential elections held from December 10 to 12, totaling 39,702,451 votes.
