Kirkuk, The Head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front, Hassan Turan, confirmed that "the constitution does not allow the presence of the Peshmerga and Asayish (Kurdish security) in Kirkuk." Turan said in a statement: "The presence of the PMF in Kirkuk is constitutional, and it is one of the people of the province." He added: 'We won a lawsuit in the Federal Court requiring the Election Commission to audit the voter register,' noting: '260,000 people, the majority of whom are Kurds, were added to the voter register and they were from outside the governorate.'
