Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, has attended a reception hosted by Barbara Leaf, US Ambassador to the UAE, on the occasion of her country's National Day.
In a speech on the occasion, the US Ambassador commended the outstanding relations binding the two countries, praising the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The ceremony, which was held at Marriott Hotel Al Forsan in Abu Dhabi, was attended by Saeed Al Qamzi, Director of Visits Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a number of senior officials along with heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the UAE, and a number of members of the US community in the country.
