Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held a phone call Tuesday with HE Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Lebanon Haneen Sayed. During the call, they discussed the humanitarian situation in Lebanon in light of the displacement of a large number of Lebanese citizens due to the current conditions, in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministers focused on the pressing humanitarian concerns in Lebanon. The conversation addressed the challenges faced by displaced Lebanese citizens and explored potential areas of collaboration to alleviate their situation. Both ministers emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing these issues and expressed a commitment to continue their dialogue on matters of mutual concern.
