Tulkarm: The Israeli aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its refugee camp has now entered its 60th day, with the assault on Nour Shams camp continuing for the 47th day, amid ongoing military escalation, heavy reinforcements, and forced displacement of residents.
According to Qatar News Agency, the occupation forces have deployed large reinforcements of military vehicles and bulldozers to Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, spreading across several neighborhoods and imposing strict restrictions on the movement of citizens and vehicles.
In Tulkarm camp, Israeli soldiers were deployed in Al-Matar neighborhood, raiding multiple homes after forcibly breaking down their doors and conducting extensive searches. Meanwhile, residents of Al-Hadaida and Al-Rabaia neighborhoods continued to flee after being forcibly expelled under threats.
The occupation also reinforced its military presence by sending vehicles and bulldozers to Jabal Al-Nasr in Nur Shams camp, imposing a tight siege on the camp and seizing dozens of homes, turning them into military outposts after expelling their residents.
The Israeli escalation has resulted in the martyrdom of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, and the displacement of more than 4,000 families from the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, in addition to the displacement of other families from the northern neighborhood of the city.
