OIC condemns repeated hostilities of Houthi militia against Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, The General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) renewed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the repeated hostilities of the Houthi militia against the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, citing, in particular, the attempt of the Houthi militia to target Abha International Airport with a booby-trapped drone, successfully intercepted by the Saudi defences.

The Secretary-General of OIC, Hissein Ibrahim Taha, condemned in the strongest terms this criminal act committed by the Houthi militia, citing its repeated attacks against civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in violation of international laws and norms, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Taha reiterated OIC's stand and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting the measures it is taking to protect its territories. He also wished the injured a speedy recovery.
