Oil Prices Retreat 7% at Settlement

Kuwait: Oil prices fell by more than 7 percent at settlement today. Brent crude futures settled down $8.60, or 7.83 percent, at $101.27 a barrel, while U.S. crude futures settled down $7.19, or 7.03 percent, at $95.08 a barrel.

According to Qatar News Agency, the decline in oil prices has been observed significantly in today's trading session. The reduction in prices comes amid various market dynamics influencing the global oil market, including changes in supply and demand, geopolitical tensions, and economic factors. The substantial drop marks a pivotal point in the trading day, reflecting broader market trends.
