Gaza city: Palestinian medical sources reported that a Palestinian fisherman was martyred Wednesday after being shot while working by Israeli naval boats off the coast of Gaza City.

According to Qatar News Agency, a number of Palestinians, including children, were also injured in airstrikes and shooting attacks carried out by the Israeli occupation army this morning, targeting homes and groups of residents in several areas across the Gaza Strip.

The death toll has risen to 72,772 martyrs, with 172,707 injured, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023. Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement by carrying out more assassinations, artillery shelling, airstrikes, and heavy gunfire targeting several areas across the Gaza Strip.
