Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif. The conversation centered on bilateral relations and strategies to reinforce them, as well as recent developments in the region and Pakistan's efforts to mediate tensions for enhanced security and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar expressed appreciation for Pakistan's mediation efforts and the contributions of all parties involved in achieving a ceasefire between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran. His Excellency affirmed Qatar's full support for Pakistan's mediation efforts to resolve the crisis peacefully. He emphasized the importance of all parties engaging with these efforts to facilitate progress in negotiations, leading to a comprehensive agreement for sustainable peace in the region.
