Doha: HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HE Lawrence Wong on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath as Prime Minister of Singapore.
