Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Representatives Council, has extended sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the International Youth Day 2023, which is observed worldwide on August 12 under the theme “Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World”.
Speaker Al-Musallam lauded HM the King’s care for Bahraini youth, commending the efforts of the government to harness all plans, projects, initiatives and programmes to develop Bahraini youth and provide them with qualitative job opportunities, as part of its plans to prepare a generation of citizens who contribute to the nation’s progress and prosperity.
Al-Musallam expressed his deep pride in the continuous honourable wide-ranging achievements of Bahraini youth, citing their success in attaining top positions at various gatherings, reflecting their resolve to learn and be distinctive, within Team Bahrain, under the comprehensive development process.
The Representatives Council’s Speaker also congratulated His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, General Sports Authority Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, on the same occasion, lauding their unwavering efforts to support the youth sector through launching the necessary initiatives and programmes that foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship among Bahraini youth.
