Temperatures will continue to drop but it still above average from 3 to 6 degrees as the country is affected by Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by superficial high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorological Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be hot and the skies will be clear in general, while the weather will be misty in the eastern regions and al-Badia.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed and some active gusts while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus s 42 / 20, Aleppo 39 / 22, Homs 35 / 20, Lattakia 33 / 26, Tartous 32 / 24.
