Hilla, The Babylon Governorate Police Command announced today, Tuesday, that its River Police detachments were able to recover the body of a juvenile who drowned in the Euphrates River passing through the city of Hilla in the area. Babylon Police Information Director, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, 'The River Police detachments received a report about a case of drowning in one of the rivers in the Anana area. Immediately, a force from the detachments headed to the place and were able to recover the body and it turned out to be that of a 13-year-old juvenile.' He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine office and that an investigation was opened into the incident. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
