Baghdad, The Council of Ministers, based on the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, decided to proceed with procedures for evacuating and opening the military zone (what is known as the Fifth Division) in the city of Kadhimiya. The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement, "The area's land will be transformed into recreational, educational, cultural, and medical facilities and services for visitors, according to an integrated architectural vision."
