The Security Media Cell stated in a statement, "According to accurate information and technical follow-up by the Military Intelligence Directorate and under the supervision, planning, and follow-up of the targeting cell, the Joint Operations Command, the Heroes of Air Falcons carried out a successful air strike by (F16) aircraft in the Kirkuk operations sector - Wadi al-Shay, which resulted in the killing of a terrorist detachment, consisting of 6 elements and the destruction of a number of dens.
