Doha: Weather inshore, until 6:00 am on Tuesday, will see scattered clouds to partly cloudy and chance of scattered rain at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times, the report added, warning of expected thundery rain associated with strong wind and high sea.

According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot shifts by late night to northwesterly 08 to 18 knot. Offshore, it will be southeasterly to easterly 05 to 15 knot shifts by late night to northwesterly 10 to 20/27 knot with thundery rain.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 2 to 4/5 feet with thundery rain, while offshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 3 to 6/8 feet with thundery rain. Visibility inshore will be 04 to 09 kilometers. Offshore, it will be 04 to 09/03 kilometers or less with thundery rain.
