Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message from HH the Deputy Amir expressed warm congratulations and best wishes to President Kagame. The cable emphasized the strong ties between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Rwanda, highlighting the importance of continued cooperation and friendship between the two nations.
