Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya received Monday a written message from his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araqchi, pertaining to strengthening relations between the two countries in addition to the latest regional and international developments. Al-Yahya received the message during a meeting today with Iran’s Ambassador to Kuwait Mohammad Totonji.
