Doha: United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Muhannad Hadi, stated that “People in Gaza have endured unimaginable suffering.” Hadi’s comments came in response to the Israeli occupation’s resumption of its aggression on the Gaza Strip early Tuesday morning. He emphasized the urgency of reinstating a ceasefire, describing the ongoing situation as “unconscionable.”

According to Qatar News Agency, Hadi further stressed the importance of ending hostilities, providing sustained humanitarian assistance, releasing hostages, and restoring basic services and livelihoods for the people in Gaza. These measures, he stated, are the only viable path forward. The recent escalation of Israeli aggression has resulted in the deaths of over 250 Palestinians and left hundreds injured.
