Baghdad: An Iraqi security source announced on Saturday that a drone crashed near Baghdad International Airport, while an explosion was heard in the Al Saydiya area, south of Baghdad.

According to Qatar News Agency, the source said that the drone targeted a logistics support headquarters in the vicinity of the airport, noting that a second drone fell on a house in Al Saydiya, causing an explosion.

Earlier today, a drone explosion had injured two people west of Baghdad.
