Qatar Satellite Company, Es'hailSat, announced that it has obtained the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification, an international standard for IT service management system requirements, from Intertek in cooperation with OISSG Consultancy.

Es’hailSat said that the certification is a testament to its commitment to establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the organisation’s IT service management system (SMS).

This international standard for IT service management certifies EshailSat's best-in-class approach for delivering valuable services to its customers.

This ISO/IEC certification further demonstrates the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high quality of service to customers efficiently and effectively.
